Online Arrangement Terms of Use (to read in conjunction with the Website Terms of Use)
1. Prices listed on this website, any Cost Estimate and terms and conditions of any kind relating to the goods and services displayed on this site may not be current or complete and under no circumstances constitute an offer or undertaking by InvoCare Australia Pty Ltd.
2. The goods and services and the resulting Cost Estimate on our website are available for you to make an offer to us. Where we accept your offer, we will sell you the goods and services in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of our standard Service Agreement. We make no representation that the goods and services listed on this site are currently available at any or all our locations.
3. By placing a refundable deposit you confirm and agree that:
a) the refundable 10% deposit is based on the Cost Estimate for the Funeral Package and the Location selected.
b) Until your offer is accepted by us via a Service Agreement, a contract for the funeral arrangement or services is not binding on you or us;
c) The 10% deposit is fully refundable up until the point in which the parties enter into a Service Agreement;
d) In the event you wish to cancel your service and terminate the Service Agreement, you will be responsible for the cost of any expenses already incurred by us in carrying out our obligations under the Service Agreement.
e) If you change your package or add items outside the Cost Estimate, then any deposit amount already paid will be credited toward the final arrangement details selected in your Service Agreement.
4. Variations: The Cost Estimate is based on information available at the time of its creation. The Cost Estimate is subject to changes in certain circumstances, including but not limited to increases in our supplier charges or to accommodate additional requests from you such as flowers, cars, catering, or variations to any press notices. Additionally, the size of coffin selected is an estimate and prices vary by size. You will be advised of any increase to the Cost Estimate before we accept your offer and enter into a Services Agreement. If changes to the Costs Estimate occur, the amount payable by you will vary from the Cost Estimate to take into account the changed circumstances. Subsequently, you will be invoiced for the adjusted amount payable. No deduction will be made to our fees due to any benefits, commissions or rebates received by us from our suppliers.
5. A full payment of the Estimated Total Agreement Price is required before the date of the service.
6. InvoCare Australia Pty Limited will from time to time, offer certain packages, marketing offers and other promotions that contain Special Terms and Conditions applicable to that particular offer. Where applicable, a copy of the Special Terms and Conditions will be included with the Service Agreement
