Not having to organise a funeral before I found that the process was very easy. Costs were indicated up front, live streaming was available, which was essential as we had a lot of friends and family from overseas that wanted to view the funeral. I also have a recorded copy which I can view whenever I want in the privacy of my own home, to help with the grieving process.
