- Viewing room - Our onsite chapel can be used as a viewing room for friends and families that wish to privately say goodbyes to a loved one.
- One arrangement room - Where you can meet with one of our funeral directors in a calm and quiet environment to arrange the details of the funeral.
- Reflection lounge - Gather with your family and friends after the funeral.
- Audio-visual equipment - Option to play music and videos during the service.
- Funeral webcasting - Available at our funeral home where the funeral service is live streamed and recorded for family members and friends to be part of the service if they are unable to attend in person.

Meet Tina.
Tina has been a local to Maclean for over 20 years and joined Simplicity Funerals in 2021, with a background of working as a Chaplain/School Wellbeing Student Support at a local school. She is proud of her team and enjoys the support they have for each other.
What do you enjoy about your job?
Educating families about what the expectations are is peace-giving for everyone. Knowledge of the process of arranging a funeral is so beneficial. When clients know who to contact and when to contact, where their loved ones will be once we take them into our care and who they will be talking to has shown me how much better it is for everyone. Especially us as arrangers. We know who we are and what we are dealing with and so do the families. They understand what the expectations are and what the timelines will be.
What's the most memorable funeral you have arranged?
A private cemetery we helped arranged on the private property of a friend. His dad passed. This eagle followed us all the way along the river. When the son spoke of his father's love for eagles the eagle flew overhead and circled several times before flying away. It was spectacular. It was a huge eagle.
What do you enjoy in your spare time?
I LOVE to cook. I love my Thermomix. And I love anything with garlic and flavour. I also enjoy camping and fishing and being at home working in the veggie garden. My weekends are spent with family, church or volunteer at the church Op-Shop.
What local charity events have you organised?
In 2023 we helped the local dance studio with car washes and a BBQ on-site. We also did a 'Jeans for Genes Day' morning tea in 2022. We are planning to do a 'Men's Mental Health Week - Car Show' on-site this year in 2024.
Thank you to Tina Young and Jenny Tesar for the beautiful send off they gave Raewyn at the Maclean Simplicity Chapel. Tina, Jenny and the team were professional, supportive and made a difficult day so much easier.
