Meet Jade.
Jade joined the industry as a Funeral Assistant two years ago. After spending 18 months in the role she became a Funeral Arranger. She enjoys working directly with families and creating a meaningful send-off for their loved one.
What makes Simplicity special?
Simplicity funerals have a very supportive and experienced team. Our team make the process so much easier for families, whether that's through their knowledge, and experience or by offering a flexible range of services. At the end of the day, our role is to ease the stress of making decisions during a difficult time.
What do you enjoy about being a funeral arranger?
Meeting families and hearing the stories of their loved ones. I love helping the family feel at ease and taking the pressure away from them during their difficult time.
What's the most remarkable funeral you've ever arranged?
All services are remarkable however, I love the impact that certain cultural rituals such as the Haka have or incorporating live music into the service.
What do you do in your spare time?
I have two young children 9 and 11, who keep me very busy.
I would like to give my rating for the wonderful service received on my sister Anne Martin s passing. At such a sad time for us we were treated with the utmost understanding and care from Melissa My nephew Mark Cheers and I were very happy with everything from our first meeting to the efficient and wonderful service at Allambie Gardens We were treated with such care and genuine concern. Nothing was too much trouble. The refreshments afterwards were delightful in good surroundings The celebrant Em was also kind and understanding and so professional and made us feel that we could deliver our Euologies even though we were so upset.
