- Chapel - A light-filled chapel that seats 50 guests with additional standing room available for 50.
- Viewing room - We can organise a private goodbye for family and friends with your loved one in our intimate viewing room.
- Family Farewell Room: Intimate space for a final goodbye available for 60 minutes.
- Parking - There are 8 on-site parking spaces with up to 15 shared parking spaces. Our funeral home is accessible for visitors with wheelchairs or other mobility aids.
- Funeral webcasting - Live-streaming is available for family and friends unable to attend the service in person.
- Audio-visual equipment - You can play music and show photos or videos of your loved one during the service.
- Arrangement room - We have 2 comfortable spaces for you to come and meet with one of our compassionate funeral directors and arrange a funeral.
- Refreshments room - Our refreshment area can be used for family and friends to gather for after-funeral catering.

I highly recommend the team at Simplicity Funerals. They took care of every detail, the photos were presented beautifully in a PowerPoint and the music was played perfectly. The staff were caring and understanding. They communicated with me every detail, right down to having made 10 copies of the death certificate and had them certified. It's those little things that help make life at this time easier. It was a beautiful send off for our loved one.
